Can Anyone Do An Apprenticeship

Anybody, at any age, may undertake an apprenticeship. You may also apply if you already have a job. Ask your employer if it’s something they’d be interested in, and if the response is yes, great work.

Even if you already have a degree, you may start an apprenticeship. Many job changers are acquiring new skills and broadening their knowledge to retrain in other fields and companies. A growing number of employees are taking advantage of apprenticeship programmes to gain higher-level skills for leadership and management positions. The world is your oyster if you can find the right apprenticeship.

If you are above the age of 24, your funding may vary somewhat based on your job. You may be asked to contribute to the cost of your education, which is possible with an Advanced Learner Loan.

You may also apply for an Advanced Learning Loan Bursary if you need help with additional costs like childcare or travel.
