There is not a fast or easy process. There are many paths to your certifications. It may be confusing since you may get contradictory answers from different schools or course providers. In 2012, the criteria framework changed, making it more difficult than ever to become an electrician.
Depending on your age and circumstances, you might enrol in an apprenticeship and become fully qualified, or if you are an adult learner (or do not have a placement for an apprenticeship), you could complete a number of Level 2 and 3 qualifications to enhance your chances of future placements.
Can I become an electrician without an apprenticeship UK?
You may also enrol in one of the many Domestic Electrician courses available. However, these short courses will only give you a limited amount of knowledge and experience, much less than what is needed to become a fully qualified electrician.
