How Many Hours Apprenticeship

Apprenticeships provide young people aged 16 and above, as well as adult learners, the chance to earn a living while learning a real trade. It may take anything from one to four years to complete.

All apprenticeships follow a standardised curriculum. Employers, on the other hand, may provide extra content that is customised to their specific needs.

The majority of apprenticeships are offered in partnership with a training organisation (a college or learning provider).

How many hours apprenticeship?

Apprentices are often expected to work at least 30 hours each week. Therefore, if an apprentice’s apprenticeship programme is extended, their weekly hours may be reduced.

An apprentice must be paid a minimum wage. More information may be found on the GOV.UK website.
